Proposal terms
Commercial Proposal v2.0 · 24 July 2026
Purpose of this document
This website is a commercial proposal. It describes the capability of the Resta platform and the two commercial models under which it is offered. It is provided for evaluation and does not by itself create a contract.
No published pricing
No prices appear in this proposal. Subscription tiers, one-time implementation or licence fees, discounts and payment terms are confirmed in a written quotation prepared for your business.
Capability, not commitment
Features shown here describe the approved product scope. The modules enabled for a given client depend on the selected plan, the signed agreement and any feature entitlements applied to that account.
Integrations carry an explicit status label. A status of planned, configurable or subject to provider approval is not a commitment that the integration is available today, and availability may depend on a third party's technical and commercial approval.
Screens and demonstrations
All screens shown are approved Resta designs using fictional demonstration data. Phone frames are presentation devices only: the customer product is a responsive web application opened in a browser, not a downloadable native application.
Interactive demonstrations on this page, including the split-bill and loyalty examples, illustrate product rules using sample figures. They are not connected to a live system.
Updates and maintenance
Under a managed subscription, compatible platform updates and routine maintenance are included while a qualifying subscription remains active, according to the selected plan.
Under a full system sale, updates and maintenance are not ongoing by default. New versions, feature additions, upgrades and migrations are requested and quoted separately unless a maintenance agreement states otherwise.
Intellectual property
The Resta name, wordmark, product designs and reusable platform components remain the property of Resta. A full system sale does not by itself transfer source code, modification rights, intellectual property or resale rights, any such transfer must be stated explicitly in a signed contract.
Warranty, service levels and liability
Acceptance criteria, defect-warranty duration, support scope, response targets and liability are contractual matters. They are defined in the agreement signed for your deployment, not in this document.
Validity
This proposal reflects the approved product baseline at the date shown. A later approved version may supersede it.
