What this notice covers
This notice describes how information submitted through this proposal website is handled. It covers the enquiry form and the contact links on this page only.
It does not describe how the Resta product handles restaurant or diner data in a live deployment. That is governed by the agreement signed with each restaurant client and by the product's own privacy controls.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, business name, business type, location, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, number of branches, preferred commercial model, your stated requirement and your preferred contact method.
Nothing else is collected automatically. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts by default.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration and prepare a written quotation. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or share them with third parties for their own purposes.
How it reaches us
Submissions are validated and forwarded to the enquiry destination configured for this deployment. If no destination is configured, the form tells you so and offers to send the same details by WhatsApp or email instead, it never reports a successful submission that did not happen.
Analytics
Analytics are disabled unless an analytics identifier is configured for a deployment. Where enabled, events record interactions such as which section was viewed or which commercial model was selected. Values are restricted to short, non-personal strings, so form content is never included in an analytics event.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the commercial conversation, then deleted according to our internal retention practice.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the details you submitted, or ask what we hold, at any time. Contact us using the details below and we will act on it.
